We invite you to click on the VIP services button to benefit from the list of services listed down below. The VIP services are FREE of charges for the time being, and are on a trial period. The concept of the VIP services is to enable our customers to send any type of gifts through our website to Lebanon. Although our list of gift categories is pretty long, we wanted to give our customers the freedom to choose any gift from any shop in Lebanon, and we’ll take care of the rest.
The VIP services are the following, and as you will notice our profit from these services is none:
- Super orders: If a certain item is not found in our products, you can send us a description or the exact item with the location of the seller. We will check its exact price, add 6% as credit card charges and charge two delivery fees: one for buying and the second for delivering the item (i.e.: You order a shirt of a specific brand, found at a specific shop in Beirut. If its price is $100, we will add $6 as credit card charges and delivery fees from Beirut $5, plus the delivery fees to the receiver’s location). The invoice will be sent to you by mail and upon approval and payment, the order is processed.
- Gift vouchers from local stores: You will specify the name of the shop and the amount of the voucher. The concept and the additional charges are the same as the Super orders service, for the current period. We minimized our profit to maximize the satisfaction of our VIP customer!
- Make your own bouquet: You will send us a description of the bouquet (i.e.: I want 3 red roses and 3 white roses wrapped in green paper…) and we will realize your order. You can also provide us the picture of your bouquet and we can make one just like it. We will send you the cost of the arrangement and upon payment the order is processed.
- Special gift wrapping: Select from our series of wrapping styles the one that you like the most with the appropriate wrapping paper and we’ll do it for you for FREE!
- Extreme delivery: This enables our VIP members to make orders at all times of the day. If it’s an emergency just give us a call. We will do deliveries for surprise parties, in public places, at late time in the evening and on holidays.
- Organize Events : Make a surprise party, a bachelor party, a Christmas Eve party or any kind of gathering and we'll take care of the food, drinks, sweets and cakes, and decoration with flowers arrangements and balloons.
